Welcome to LNVPN. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

LNVPN provides privacy-focused digital services including VPN, eSIM data plans, phone number services, and AI chat tools.

VPN Service: A WireGuard-based VPN service with servers in multiple countries. Keys are generated in your browser, and we operate our own infrastructure.

eSIM Service: Data-only eSIM plans for 200+ countries and regions. eSIMs support hotspot functionality and can be topped up.

Disposable Phone Numbers: Temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes, with 20-minute access per number.

Rental Phone Numbers: Long-term phone number rentals (3 months) for receiving unlimited SMS messages. Currently available for United Kingdom numbers.

AI Chat: A free, privacy-focused AI chat service with access to multiple AI models. No account required.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in any illegal activities under applicable law
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Conduct attacks on networks or systems (DDoS, hacking, etc.)
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent or abuse our services or systems

We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Bitcoin Lightning, various cryptocurrencies (via MixPay), and credit cards (via Stripe).

Lightning Discount: Payments made via Bitcoin Lightning receive a 5% discount.

Minimum Order: Credit card payments require a minimum order of $1.00.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect already-purchased services.

Disposable Phone Numbers (Lightning): We use a hold-invoice mechanism. Your payment is held (not finalized) until an SMS code is successfully received. If no code is received within 20 minutes, the invoice is automatically canceled and funds return to your wallet.

Rental Phone Numbers: Rental phone numbers are non-refundable once purchased.

VPN Service: Due to the instant-delivery nature of our VPN service, refunds are generally not provided once the configuration has been generated. Contact support for exceptional circumstances.

eSIM Service: eSIM purchases are generally non-refundable once the eSIM profile has been delivered and used. Contact support if you experience technical issues. In that case we can give you a refund, but you will lose the data.

VPN Bandwidth Limits:

• 1 day: 50GB
• 1 week: 150GB
• 1 month: 300GB
• 3 months: 800GB
• 1 year: 3000GB

eSIM Validity:

• Data bundles must be activated within 6 weeks of purchase
• The eSIM remains valid for 6 months after its last connection to a supported network
• Each connection extends validity for another 6 months
• Top-ups/bundles run consecutively (not concurrently) - you don't lose remaining data when adding a new bundle

Disposable Phone Numbers: Access is limited to 20 minutes per number.

Rental Phone Numbers:

• Valid for 3 months (extendable)
• Receive-only (no sending SMS)
• Currently UK numbers only
• Numbers are not shared between users

AI Chat: File uploads limited to 5MB. Web search currently only available with Perplexity Sonar model.

We strive to maintain high availability for all services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruptions.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use our services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LNVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct on our services
• Any other matter relating to our services

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We provide access to our services via Tor at our onion address.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For significant changes, we may provide additional notice through our website or communication channels.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
